Here is a second version of the poem, do not stand on my grave and weep. This version is all in backstitch. It should be easy to stitch. This is 238×128 stitches. You can use any color thread and any fabric you would like. I would recommend customizing it with a border or some other thing that will help you be reminded of loved one.
