This is Puddles of Fun. It’s from the cover of Jack and Jill magazine on April 1, 1966. The original artist being Jack Weaver.
The chart is simplified, so should be fairly easy for you to stitch with patches of color. It is 171 x 246 stitches and contains only 60 colors. The background was removed, but it was just blue. If you would like to look exactly like original, you can either stitch it solid blue or you can stitch it on blue fabric. It will look amazing either way. If you want to go rouge you can stitch this on a different fabric.
