This is a great piece for a kids decor. It’s from a classic illustration for Turtle magazine, April 1st, 1994. The turtle “Pokeytoes” is a character that Turtle magazine created as sort of the ambassador for the magazine.  He was illustrated by an on staff artist for The Saturday Evening Post, which owns Turtle magazine.
